Happy New Year to all of you!
Due to the fog on New Year’s Eve I don’t have a photo of fireworks, but one of the photos I took at the Amsterdam Light Festival.
My entry for the weekly photo challenge is a little bit later then usual, as I was on holidays in Portugal.
During the visit in Porto we watched the view of the city and the Duoro river very often and on one of the days the view changed rapidly because of a cold sea fog, which was following the river into the city.
In the first photo you can still see the bridge.
In the second photo you clearly see the fog is hiding the bridge.
In the third photo you can see a little bit of the bridge again.
After the short lunch break we took after taking these photos, the sky was clearly blue again.

A few weeks ago I stayed one night in Rotterdam and from the hotel room I had a very beautiful view, the skyline of the city with the Erasmus bridge. I wanted to share this beautiful view with you all.

During the period that I am in Madrid for my work I live in a hotel.
The hotel hotel is located at the Río Manzanares. There is a nice park and walking route next to the river. During several walks alongside the Río Manzanares I took some pictures of some bridges I crossed. I will share a few of them with you the coming days.
