One of my favorite spots to watch the sunrise is the park during my morning walk to the train station.

Tour Guide
Very close to my house there is a lot of nature and I even cross a mill when I do some running in the neighborhood.
When I walk the other way into the city center I love the look and feel of the old city, I always love to cross the Grote Markt with the Grote of Sint-Bavokerk.

Serene
Walking through serene and quiet alleys on a busy Saturday in the city.
Peek
From most streets leading to the ‘Grote Markt’ in Haarlem you can see peeks of the ‘Grote of Sint-Bavokerk’.
Ooh, Shiny!
Every time I see a sunset I have to photograph it, even when it’s the view from my window I see every day and I have captured many many times already. So I guess sunsets are my ‘Ooh, shiny!’
This was my view when I was having dinner with a friend at the Spaarne in Haarlem.
Unusual
Two weeks ago I went on a first urban exploring trip, back to the old theme park ‘t Land van Ooit. The park closed in 2007 and the only thing that is left is the pink castle and one attraction, but it was a nice trip down memory lane.
Both the type of photography trip as well as the pink castle which has a small tree growing from one of the towers were kind of unusual for me.
